“Golden Hour is the embodiment of what I love so much about coffee. A moment of relaxation, a reprieve from life’s crazy days, even if just for one hour with a warm drink. This blend has a gorgeous honey brown/amber colour, with tasting notes to match. It is the perfect companion for a lazy Saturday morning. You earned it!

With this blend, I wanted to achieve something comforting, sweet, with a hint of intrigue. Light notes of almond and apple give way to a body of sweet dates. Golden Hour works wonderfully as a pour-over but also plays nicely as espresso in milk, coming to create a light latte or cappuccino with notes of caramel.

The natural-processed Colombia Inmaculada used in this blend provides a full body and hints of fruit, while the washed Peru Andres cuts through layering on a light and crisp acidity. An Omni roast ensures Golden hour is easy to extract from whatever brewing method you may choose.”
