But before we started roasting cosmic-level cups, we were just two brothers chasing inspiration — and a perfect cup of coffee.
From a spark to a roastery
Our story begins in 2007, when co-founders Felix and Won Cha met specialty coffee for the first time—down under, in Australia. It was curiosity at first sip. That spark followed them back to Canada, where they opened a small café and roaster in midtown Toronto in 2013.
More than a café, the space quickly became a community and a creative lab. A place where people came for the coffee and stayed for the feeling.

Everything around us, from art and music to simple moments, feeds into how we source, roast, and serve. Inspiration isn’t a mood, it’s a method.
