This Ethiopia Landrace coffee reflects years of experimentation focused on refining structure, clarity, and aromatic expression through controlled post-harvest techniques. Grown at 1,850 masl, it represents both technical precision and a deep commitment to elevating cup quality through innovation.

This coffee undergoes a highly controlled washed process that includes anaerobic fermentation, staged oxidation, thermal shock washing, and carefully monitored drying. Each phase is designed to enhance clarity while developing layered complexity within the cup. The result is a vibrant and expressive profile with notes of rose, peach, and lychee, delivering a floral and juicy character that remains clean and composed through the finish.
