Our Colombia Santa Maria single origin coffee is a beautifully balanced expression of what we love most about Colombian coffee. Grown in the hills of Santa Maria near Neiva in Northern Huila, this coffee reflects the region’s long standing reputation for clarity, structure, and depth.
Produced by FNC and cultivated at 1,500 masl, this fully washed coffee showcases a clean and composed profile. Bright notes of cranberry and grapefruit zest lead the cup, followed by a grounding finish of Mayan chocolate that adds warmth and sweetness. The result is a medium light roast that feels lively yet comforting, with just enough richness to keep you coming back for another sip.
