Our Niju Ceremonial Grade Matcha is the perfect authentic, high-end experience for daily enjoyment. Historically used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, this matcha is made from the first harvest of the most tender young tea leaves. It's then carefully stone-ground into a fine, vibrant green powder. This meticulous process gives the matcha a naturally sweet, rich, full-bodied, umami flavour with a smooth texture and clean, low-bitterness finish. It offers a rich, floral aroma and is best enjoyed drinking straight with hot water or in premium matcha lattes.
How to Enjoy Matcha Powder at Home

Prep: Warm your bowl and briefly warm the tips of your bamboo whisk with hot water. Pour out the water and wipe the bowl dry.

Scoop: Add two scoops (1.5–2g) of Matcha powder and pour in 50ml of water heated to 80°C.

Whisk: Hold the bowl firmly and whisk the powder by moving the bamboo whisk back and forth in small motions until a fine layer of foam appears.

Finish: Give the tea a final, slow whisk in a circular motion, then lift the whisk straight up from the center.
