Welcome to the De Mello Coffee Online Inc. Subscribe & Save program! These terms outline the agreement between you and us when you sign up for a subscription. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligible Purchases & Your Account

• What's Included: Subscribe & Save applies only to the products listed on our official Subscribe & Save page. Subscriptions are valid while supplies last.
• Personal Use: Your subscription is just for you. You cannot transfer or assign your subscription benefits to anyone else.
• No Stacking Discounts: Subscribe & Save discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.

2. Pricing & Payments

• How You Are Charged: You will be charged for each order on the day it is processed. Your total will be the item's price on that specific day on hellodemello.com, minus your Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable taxes.
• Price Changes: Because our regular retail prices can fluctuate, the final amount you pay for your subscription may change over time.
• Payment Methods: We will bill the credit card you used to sign up. If that card fails, you authorize us to charge another credit card saved to your account.
• Account Holds: If there is an unresolved issue with your payment method or shipping address, we will pause your subscription and email you. We won't ship any new orders until the issue is fixed and the subscription is reactivated.

3. Shipping & Returns

• Out of Stock Items: If an item is unavailable when it is scheduled to ship, we reserve the right to either hold or cancel that specific order.
• Remote Shipping: Please note that remote locations are not eligible for free shipping under the Subscribe & Save program.
• Returns: All returns follow our standard De Mello Coffee Online Inc. Returns Policy. Any refunds will be based on the actual price you paid (after your discounts were applied).

4. Managing Your Subscription

• Your discount percentage remains active as long as your subscription does.
• If you cancel your subscription and decide to reactivate it later, you will receive the current discount being offered at that time, which may be different from your original discount.

5. Changes to the Program

• We reserve the right to update these Terms, our general Conditions of Use, Privacy Notice, and any subscription benefits or discount amounts at any time, at our sole discretion, without direct notice.
• Any changes we make will apply to all future orders. Your continued participation in the program means you accept these changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must cancel your subscription.

6. Termination & Legal Limitations

• Cancellation by Us: We may terminate your subscription at any time without notice. If we do, you will only be charged for orders that have already shipped.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply.
• Limitation of Liability: Note: Some jurisdictions, like Quebec, have consumer protection laws that do not allow certain liability exclusions. If these apply to you, you may have additional rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Mello Coffee Online Inc., our directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to your participation in this program. In all cases, our maximum liability will never exceed the total amount you have actually paid for your Subscribe & Save orders.
