To make a long story short, my paws have been busy studying and experimenting with cosmic beans for almost seven years now. Through coffee, I've met so many incredible people, creative minds, kind souls, and friends who share that same spark of curiosity. Somewhere along the way, I realized these stories deserved a permanent record.

Seven years ago, I discovered my first cosmic bean. I started researching, mixing, and experimenting, always chasing a new kind of superpower. Back then, I thought superpowers came only from the beans themselves—something physical, hidden in flavor, aroma, or technique. But my clever brain quickly learned something even more powerful: inspiration doesn’t live inside a bean alone. It lives in every single one of us.

Every person I’ve met, artists, roasters, creators, and dreamers, carries their own unique energy. When we share that energy, something extraordinary happens. It fuels ideas, creates connections, and transforms a simple cup of coffee into a moment of magic.

Now, I find myself wanting to know more of what’s out there. There are so many fields I know so little about, and I can’t help but wonder how these cosmic beans might connect people and disciplines that don’t seem related at all. Maybe, just maybe, coffee can be the bridge between them.

So, I decided to keep a diary—a place to organize the ideas, the knowledge, and the friendships that fuel everything at De Mello Coffee. These pages are now separated into three sections, a collection of the journeys I’ve taken and the new superpowers I’ve acquired:

• Superpowers: A record of the inspiring collaborations and friendships I’ve made, each teaching me a new strength (like the Power of Purpose or the Power of Learning).
• The Roasterium: A peek into my lab, where I share the new creations, scientific experiments, and general De Mello happenings.
• Cosmic Beans: My knowledge vault, where I collect all the interesting coffee facts and valuable information I learn about the world’s most complex drink.
  

I don’t know where this journey will end, but I do know this: every story here is a spark of connection, a taste of wonder, and a reminder that coffee is more than a drink; it’s a meeting place for superpowers.
