Our Ethiopia Gotiti single origin coffee feels like a pause worth taking. Sourced from smallholder farmers and processed at the Gotiti Washing Station in the heart of the Gedeo Zone, this coffee reflects the elegance and intention that has made Yirgacheffe so beloved.
Grown high between 1,800 and 2,000 masl and fully washed for clarity, this light medium roast opens with soft florals of pink rose, drifting into white peach and a gentle blood orange brightness. Grown organically and thoughtfully produced, this cup is delicate yet expressive. A quiet reminder that sometimes the most beautiful coffees don’t need to shout.
