La Campanella is our annual holiday tradition, a blend designed to express encouragement and gratitude to everyone who has worked hard throughout the year. It's a coffee meant to deliver warmth in every sip. This year, we evolved one of our most popular past recipes: the beloved 2017 La Campanella blend. It was often described as drinking a warm cup of tea and was a favourite among our customers and staff.
For this year's blend, we elevated the profile by introducing a natural-processed Ethiopian Bensa component. This new version, perfectly balanced at a 5:5 ratio of washed Colombia and Ethiopian Bensa Natural, is designed to stand beautifully on its own. We crafted it to be a soft and elegant coffee. This exquisite blend delivers layers of Blueberry Chiffon Cake and Blood Orange Candy. We hope this warm, evolved classic helps you celebrate the holiday season beautifully.
