In the foggy town of Frailes, grown on the plot of land she inherited from her beloved mother, Doña Aracelly Robles continues to cultivate exceptional Caturra coffee with unwavering devotion. She approaches her farm, which she tends with her older brother, not just as a crop but as a way to continue her mother's matriarchal role in the industry. Her dedication is constant—she comes to every training session with a large smile and jots down detailed notes on new techniques, always working to improve the quality of her product.

We've proudly sourced this coffee through CAF (Centro Agrícola Cantonal de Frailes), a long-term partnership we’ve maintained for many years because of the consistently high satisfaction with the resulting flavour. Her commitment to Bean Voyage's educational experience is driven by a deep hope: that future generations, especially her strong female colleagues, will reap the benefits the coffee industry has given her. This Natural Process Caturra is a beautiful testament to her care.
